What Room Types Does The Sixty Two Have? Studios Up to the Whole House
The short version
We're an apartment building, not a traditional hotel. When you book here you get a whole apartment: your own front door, a kitchen, and a door code we text you before you arrive. No lobby, no key card, no front desk to check in at. Come and go as you please.
How the sizes break down
Think of it in three tiers, smallest to largest:
- Studios and one-bedrooms work for one or two people, or a couple who want a kitchen and room to spread out instead of a hotel room. A single bedroom or open studio layout, a full kitchen, and a bathroom.
- Multi-bedroom suites suit families or small groups who want their own bedrooms under one roof, with a shared living space and kitchen. We have a three-bedroom setup that sleeps a group of six comfortably.
- The whole house is for larger groups who want the entire place to themselves. We've hosted groups of eight this way, with the suites combined.
Because every apartment has a kitchen, longer stays work well here too. Stay three nights or three weeks, it's your apartment either way.
How to pick
Start with two numbers: how many people, and how many nights. A couple for a weekend is a studio or one-bedroom. A family reunion or a group of friends is a multi-bedroom suite or the whole house. If you're staying ten days or a month, the kitchen and laundry-friendly layout matter more than square footage, and any size can work.

What every apartment has
Regardless of size, each one comes with a full kitchen, its own private entrance with a door code, and linens (they're actual linen, so they soften up after a night or two). You're renting a home for the length of your stay, not a room on a corridor.
