What time is check-in and check-out?What are your business hours?
Check-in time is usually after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and comes with an additional fee.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept card payments only. All major credit and debit cards are welcome, and payments are securely processed online.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We’re happy to welcome your furry companions. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per reservation, with a pet fee of $100 per pet.Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors get the information they need at a glance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. You’ll receive a 100% refund if your reservation is canceled more than 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
