Can six people stay in one apartment here?
Yes. We have multi-bedroom homes, including three-bedroom layouts, so a group of six can stay together instead of booking three separate hotel rooms down a hallway. It's your apartment for the stay, with your own front door, so the six of you share a kitchen and living room and split off to your own bedrooms at night. Stay three nights or three weeks, it's the same setup.
If you're traveling with a group this size, the thing to know up front is that the larger homes are the first to go in summer. When a guest recently asked about a three-bedroom for six from late July into August, we checked dates one by one because those weeks fill fast. So the short version: tell us your exact dates and headcount early, and we'll tell you honestly what's open.
How to book a group stay
Text us your dates and how many people, and we'll check the larger homes against your nights. That's the whole process. We don't have a desk or a phone tree, so the fastest way to lock in a three-bedroom is to reach out directly with specifics: arrival date, departure date, and six guests.
A few things worth saying plainly before you book. Payment is by card: all major credit and debit cards, processed securely online, no cash or wire. Cancellation runs on 30 days, so you get a full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, and inside 30 days the reservation is non-refundable. For a group trip with flights attached, that 30-day line is the one to keep in mind. And if someone is bringing a dog, we allow up to two pets per reservation at $100 per pet, so sort that out when you book, not at the door.
What sleeping six actually looks like
A three-bedroom works best for six when you think about who pairs up. Three bedrooms covers three couples comfortably, or two parents and four kids if the kids double up, or a friends' trip where people share. We chose everything in here ourselves, so the beds are real beds and the linens are linen (they soften up after a night or two). The kitchen is a full kitchen, which matters more than people expect for a group: morning coffee for six without a cafe line, a place to drop takeout, room to spread out at breakfast.
If your headcount is firm at six and you want everyone in one home, say so when you reach out. If your dates are flexible, that flexibility is your friend in July and August, because shifting a few days can be the difference between getting the three-bedroom and not.
Where we are, and why a group will like it
We're on East 62nd Street in Lenox Hill, on the Upper East Side. Midtown's best blocks are the quiet ones, and this is one of them: a residential side street, not a tourist strip, which is exactly what you want when six people are coming and going at different hours. Central Park is about an eight-minute walk through the quiet blocks, which makes mornings easy for a group with kids or early risers.
