What's the Cancellation Policy at The Sixty Two? Full Refund Past 30 Days
The short version
Cancel more than 30 days before your check-in date, and you get a full 100% refund. Cancel within 30 days of arrival, and the reservation is non-refundable. There's no middle tier and no per-night proration. It's one clean line: past 30 days, you're covered; inside 30 days, you're committed.
We know plans change. If yours are still loose, that's worth thinking about before you lock in a date, because the 30-day mark is the moment the money stops being refundable.
How the 30 days is counted
The clock runs against your check-in date, not your booking date. So if you check in on the 30th, the last day to cancel for a full refund is roughly a month out. If you're right up against that window, don't guess. Text us and we'll tell you exactly where you stand.
Paying and getting the refund back
We take card payments only, all major credit and debit cards, processed securely online. A refund goes back to the same card you paid with. We don't hold cash or checks, so there's nothing to sort out in person at either end.
Changing plans instead of canceling
If your dates shift but you still want to come, sometimes moving the reservation is easier than canceling and rebooking. And if you want to switch to a different apartment type once you're here, we can usually do that subject to availability, though it typically comes with an added cleaning fee. Either way, message us first. It's almost always simpler than you think.
Text me anytime. I'm a real person, and I'd rather sort this out with you directly than have you lose a deposit over a date you could've moved.
