How Housekeeping Works in an Apartment Stay at The Sixty Two

This is an apartment stay, so there's no daily housekeeping. Your place is cleaned before you arrive, and you can text us anytime for a mid-stay clean or fresh towels.

How cleaning works here

Short version: this isn't a hotel room with a housekeeper coming through every morning. It's your own apartment, with your own front door and your own kitchen. We clean and set the place up before you check in, and then it's yours to come and go as you please.

That setup is the whole point of staying here instead of a standard hotel. Nobody's knocking at 9am. You're not stepping out so someone can make the bed. For a lot of guests, especially anyone here for a week or more, that's exactly what they want.

If you want a clean during your stay

Text us. We're a real person on the other end, and we'll arrange a mid-stay clean, fresh towels, or extra linens whenever it works for you. We'll just coordinate a time so we're not walking in while you're on a call.

If you're staying longer, say ten days or a few weeks, most people like a clean every week or two. There's no fixed schedule we're forcing on you; tell us what you'd prefer and we'll set it up. We'll text you the door code before you arrive, and that same thread is where to reach us for anything cleaning-related.

What's stocked when you arrive

You'll find the place clean and ready, with a starter set of towels and the basics to get you through the first day or two. Because you have a full kitchen, you've also got what you need to wash up after yourself rather than waiting on anyone. If you run low on anything or can't find something, send a text and we'll point you to it or get it to you.

For the exact details of your specific apartment and any extra-cleaning costs, it's quickest to ask us directly. We'd rather give you the right answer for your stay than have you guess from a generic policy.
