Can I Switch to a Different Apartment During My Stay?

Yes, you can move to a different apartment type mid-stay if it's available, and in most cases there's an extra cleaning fee to cover resetting both units.

The short version

Yes, you can change to a different apartment type on your reservation. Two things decide how smooth it is: whether the apartment you want is actually free for your dates, and a cleaning fee that applies in most cases.

Why the fee

When you move from one apartment to another, we're turning over two apartments instead of one: the place you're leaving and the place you're going. That's the extra cleaning fee. It's not a penalty, it's the real cost of the second turnover. If you ask before you book and we can put you in the right apartment from the start, you skip it entirely.

How to do it

Text us. That's genuinely the fastest way. Tell us which apartment type you're in and what you'd rather have (a bigger layout, a unit with a bathtub, a floor with more light), and we'll check what's open for your remaining nights. If it works, we'll set the new apartment up and send you the door code for it. No front desk, no key card handover, same as your first arrival.

Worth knowing before you book

If you already suspect you'll want more space partway through (say a group is joining you, or a short trip is turning into a long one), tell us up front. It's usually easier and cheaper to book the right size from day one than to move mid-stay. We're on text 24/7 either way.
