Are Pets Allowed at The Sixty Two? Yes, Here's the Policy
The policy
Yes, we welcome pets. The rules are simple: a maximum of two pets per reservation, and a pet fee of $100 per pet. That's it.
Why this works better than a hotel with a dog
Each of our places is a full apartment with its own front door, so your dog isn't riding elevators past a front desk or waiting on a leash in a lobby. You come and go as you please, same as you would at home. That tends to be a lot calmer for an anxious traveler, the two-legged and the four-legged kind.
The dog walk
Central Park is about an eight-minute walk from us through the quiet residential blocks, which is where most of our guests take their dogs in the morning. The side streets around East 62nd are low-traffic and shaded, so even the short loop around the block is easy.
Booking with a pet
Just let us know you're bringing a pet when you book, or text us before you arrive, so we can note it on your reservation and apply the fee. We're on text 24/7 if you have questions about bringing your dog or cat along.
