There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment!
Disclaimer
Pest Control Notice: Routine preventive pest control is scheduled every other Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM and takes approximately 5 minutes per room. Staff access may be required during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have sole use of the penthouse during the stay. This includes exclusive access to the private rooftop.

- We have Smart TV with streaming apps only. Please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
- Pack n Play is subject to availability and is available upon request only.
This is a residential building in a quiet neighborhood — please keep noise down, especially after 10pm. No smoking, no pets, no events or parties. The apartment is on the Upper East Side, so you're surrounded by restaurants and shops, but the building itself is home to people who live here year-round. Treat it as you would a friend's apartment.
